GRASS VALLEY’S TOP COP WANTS POT SHOPS BARRED
Rising crime statistics surrounding metropolitan medical marijuana dispensaries have prompted Grass Valley police Chief John Foster to ask for an emergency moratorium on pot shop operations in town.
